Reliable, Equitable, and Accessible Charging for Multi-family Housing

The California Energy Commission announced ProspectSV as a recipient of a grant called Reliable, Equitable, and Accessible Charging for Multi-family Housing 3.0 (REACH 3.0). This project will enable reliable, affordable, and accessible charging for multifamily housing by installing 1,603 charger ports by Pando Electric at 55 locations, serving an estimated 12,059 housing units, with some units located in low-income and disadvantaged communities. In addition to installation of charging ports, the team will maximize project benefits through local community engagement and education efforts led by Cool the Earth.
