Tracey Moore
Administrator
Tracey Moore is the Administrator for Prospect Silicon Valley, a nonprofit cleantech innovation hub. She oversees the day to day financial operations of the company as well as project specific financials.
Ilse Villacorta-Alatriste
Senior Project Manager
Ilse is excited to be part of ProspectSV as a Senior Project Manager. She was born in Mexico, and raised in Oakland/Alameda. She has a B.S. in Society and the Environment from Cal with an emphasis on U.S. Environmental Policy and Management. She has been an SEI Climate Corps fellow focusing on transportation issues, interned at the Alliance to Save Energy, worked at EarthTeam on zero-waste, and project coordination at UC Berkeley. She loves playing fetch with her cats, Cinnamon and Toast Crunch, enjoys doing yoga, as well as learning as much as possible about Excel.
Carolyn Weisman
Project Manager
Carolyn Weisman is a Project Manager at Prospect Silicon Valley. Carolyn currently manages multiple building decarbonization efforts including a Building Performance Standard study with Lawrence Berkeley National Lab and a grant funded advanced heat pump technology demonstration at LBNL’s Flex Lab.
Prior to joining the team, she served as a Climate Corps SEI Fellow at the City of Hayward, working on their Climate Action Plan, Greenhouse Gas Inventory, and community outreach. Carolyn graduated from Claremont Mckenna College in 2021 with a BA in Environmental Analysis, and has a Certificate of Accomplishment in Geographic Information Systems from the City College of San Francisco. Outside of work, you can find Carolyn doing just about anything outdoors, staying active, and working on her film photography skills.
Madeline Wiley
Project Associate
Madeline is a Project Associate at ProspectSV. Prior to joining the team, she interned as a Mechanical Design Engineer with Galloway & Co. and as an Environmental Engineer with Idaho National Laboratory. She graduated with her M.Sc. in Sustainability Management and Innovation from the University of Westminster (U.K.) in 2024. Prior to her Master's, Madeline graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Leadership in Social Responsibility. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking around the Bay Area, traveling to new places, reading, and crocheting.
Q Rice
Project Associate
Q is a project associate at ProspectSV. Prior to joining the team, she was a science writer at Stanford’s Office of Technology Licensing, and a fellow at a nonprofit, where she created volunteer community garden programs and managed the team’s outreach efforts. Q graduated in 2020 with a B.S in Sustainability from Chatham University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring nature, painting, and dancing.
Adam Jue
Project Associate
Adam is a Project Associate at ProspectSV. Before joining the team, Adam was a conservation volunteer officer in York, United Kingdom, leading volunteers and managing multiple environmental projects. Adam also has a master's degree in Climate Change & Environmental Policy from the University of Leeds (U.K.), as well as a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Trinity University, where he played on the university baseball team. Outside of his profession, Adam continues to play baseball while also enjoying video games, history podcasts, and supporting San Francisco sports teams.
Doug Davenport
Founder, Executive Director
Doug Davenport is Founder and CEO of ProspectSV, leading a dynamic mission to shape the future of decarbonization technology and design. Over his 35 year career, Doug has built teams, led efforts, and advised innovators that have transformed the energy and infrastructure sector. He brings his depth of experience to pioneering new energy technologies, clear-cut market and policy strategies, and effective program leadership. Doug leads a body of innovative projects laying the groundwork for scalable adoption, including breakthrough efforts in EV charging, net-zero carbon buildings, multifamily decarbonization, and energy resilience.
Charlie
Co-Founder, Chief Intern
Charlie is the Co-Founder of Prospect Silicon Valley, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting innovative startups in the transportation, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Charlie is currently the Chief Intern of Prospect Silicon Valley, playing a vital role in advising Doug Davenport on all things necessary to the vitality of the organization. Charlie believes in a very passive form of leadership through gazes of approval and encouragement. He understands that sometimes the best option is to simply take a nap. He routinely encourages his staff to take a break and walk outside, believing that sunlight is our greatest tool in maintaining great physical and mental health as well as the solution to climate change. If you see Charlie in the office give him a good scratch behind his ears and he will always give you the time of day.

Michael Wu
Partner, Singer Lewak Accounting
Michael Wu is a Partner at SingerLewak LLP’s Silicon Valley Tax practice. Michael has over 20 years of experience in accounting and corporate and personal taxation. Michael assisted US and foreign public and private companies in a full range of accounting and corporate tax matters including mergers and acquisitions and international tax matters. Michael joined SingerLewak LLP from Ernst & Young LLP in 2009, and his professional experience includes 13 years working at Big 4 accounting firms (PwC & EY) and over 3 years working at a NASDAQ company as the head of its tax department. Michael is a member of SingerLewak’s International Service group.
Michael’s clients ranged from Global Fortune 500 companies to start-ups in Technology, Life Sciences, Manufacturing & Distribution, Professional Services, Real Estate and Venture Capital industries.
Michael earned an M.B.A. in Taxation and a B.S. in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from California State University East Bay in California. Michael is a C.P.A. licensed in the states of California and Washington. Michael is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountant and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michael serves as board member for nonprofit organizations including Asia America Multi-technology Association (“AAMA”) and ProspectSV. AAMA is a leading technology business network for fostering business growth, entrepreneurship and capital investment in technology enterprises across Silicon Valley and Asia. Michael speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and has been a frequent speaker at various accounting/tax seminars.
Kevin Bates
CEO, Sharp Development Company
Kevin owns Sharp Development Company and has 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and over 35 years of experience as a commercial real estate developer in Silicon Valley. He handles all aspects of the development process and has personally completed more than 50 buildings totaling over 2.5 million square feet of space.
He has more recently concentrated on retrofitting older generation buildings to operational carbon neutrality and a net zero energy bill, while having a strong emphasis on the health and wellness of the interior environment for its occupants. He has completed 7 ZNE buildings of this nature in Silicon Valley and one in Costa Rica. The driver for Kevin has been to demonstrate that this way of repurposing existing building stock can be done in a manner that is quantifiably, significantly more profitable for the ownership than the less expensive way of building to meet minimum code.
Ken Alex
Executive Director, Project Climate
Ken spent eight years as a Senior Policy Advisor to Governor Jerry Brown, the Director of the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research, and the Chair of the Strategic Growth Council, focusing on climate, environment, and land use issues. Before joining the Governor’s Office, Ken was the Senior Assistant Attorney General heading the environment section of the California Attorney General’s Office, and the co-head of the Office’s global warming unit. From 2000 to 2006, He led the California Attorney General’s energy task force, investigating price and supply issues related to California’s energy crisis. Ken is a graduate of Harvard Law School and holds a B.A. in political theory from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
David Kaneda
Principal and Thought Leader, IDeAs Consulting Inc
David Kaneda is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience designing electrical systems. His current focus includes areas such as cost effectively electrifying existing buildings, designing buildings to support the grid, minimizing carbon emissions caused by buildings, developing innovative applications for PV/battery microgrids, design of resilient buildings, deploying all-electric kitchens, developing innovative EV charging and V2B concepts, integrating daylight and electric lighting systems, deploying smart electrical panels and using building scale hydrogen electrolysis and hydrogen fuel cells for standby power. David is a GSA - Peer Professional, a Fellow in the AIA, a LEED Fellow, a Senior Fellow at the New Buildings Institute, and serves on AIA California's Climate Action Committee. He has designed over 50 - net zero energy buildings, including the IDeAs Z Squared office; the first Net Zero Energy commercial office in the United States in 2005.
Gordon Ho
Partner, Cooley LLP
Gordon Ho is a partner in Cooley LLP, a leading global law firm, and focuses on corporate and securities law. He acts as outside corporate counsel for growth-stage companies, helping management teams establish and maintain a corporate and governance structure that will enable rapid growth throughout the life cycle of the business. Gordon was recognized as a Top 25 Clean Tech Lawyer in California by The Daily Journal, and selected on the AlwaysOn Power Player legal list. Gordon serves as chairman of the board of Prospect Silicon Valley. Gordon also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Asia America MultiTechnology Association (AAMA), a leading Silicon Valley technology business network focused on promoting the success of US and Asian technology enterprises. He is a frequent presenter, moderator and speaker at various trade and technology events in Silicon Valley and beyond.
Pauline Souza
Director of Sustainability, WRNS Studio
As WRNS Studio’s Director of Sustainability and co-Lead of the K-12 and Civic Studio, Pauline has led community-focused projects which includes: the Sonoma Academy Guild and Commons, a LEED Platinum, the first LBC Petal and Net Zero Carbon Certifications in the U.S and the Atherton Library and Civic Center, a LEED Gold, PEC All-Electric Award winner and AIA/ALA 2023 Library award. She served as a sustainability advisor for Hawaii’s Department of Education on their districtwide sustainability initiatives and helped to coauthor key chapters in the William J. Worthen Decarbonization Building Practice Guide.
