Program Development Fellowship

ProspectSV is proud to announce the availability of a Program Development Fellowship for experienced professionals with an interest in the clean energy industry. This is an exciting six-month opportunity to work with a dynamic non-profit at the center of clean technology innovation.

ProspectSV brings groundbreaking research, design, technology demonstrations, and industry education to the decarbonization challenge. With this Fellowship, we’re laying the groundwork for scalable impact, bridging our work to an ecosystem of partners, investors, and stakeholders to carry the mission further.

The Program Development Fellow will help us shape long-range partnership programs that assure our research and demonstration activities have a far reaching impact. Working with a field of talented colleagues and volunteers, you’ll shape a strategy and a starting point for us to support decarbonization efforts around the US and beyond.

In this exciting Fellowship role, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills in marketing, communications, media, or other disciplines to help us build self-sustaining, scalable partnership programs.

Why join us?

ProspectSV drives new thinking in decarbonization through research, demonstration, and project leadership. Our work has brought together hundreds of startups, corporate enterprises, local governments, as well as elite designers, engineers, and researchers. To date we’ve catalyzed more than $550 million in funding for our work in energy, buildings, and vehicle technology.

Who are we looking for?

A professional skilled in program development, marketing/PR, partnerships, or similar disciplines, with a desire to translate these skills for decarbonization programs. Fellowship term will be six months at 20 hours/week, with a potential extension or part-time employment, ideally starting in September 2025.
